Shambala 2019 – 2022

Overview

Project background:

Gorilla has developed significant experience in the design and installation of temporary bridges and towers at live events and festivals, a number of bridges and structures were designed and installed Shambala 2019

Gorilla role summary:

The design, install & removal of 2 bridges, 7 security towers and 5 site structures, including marquee facades and DJ towers.

Gorilla role detail:

  • Installation of x2 bridges (1 pedestrian / 1 buggy)
  • 4 man team, 1 telehandler.
  • CAD drawings / Engineering

Event Work:

Gorilla worked with the site team and organiser to facilitate an efficient build up and de-rig.

Timescales involved:

  • 3 day install
  • 1 day de-rig

This was Gorilla’s 1st year working with Standon Calling

Result / Outcome:

The client was delighted with the work undertaken, the process ran more smoothly than it had in previous years.
