Gorilla role summary: Design and delivery of slide structure suitable to process 6,500 runners in an 8 hour period
Gorilla role detail: Design, logistics, equipment hire, install and de-rig of 12m tall structure slide structure, 28tons of ballast, complete structure weighing around 50tons
Timescales involved: 5 day build / 2 day take down, 2 week design period
Result / Outcome: Safe, engineered structure, looked impressive and imposing and left an element of fear in the competitors as they arrived
Feedback: Client delighted with look and functionality of slide structure, far exceeded expectations.
