Gorilla Role – Design & fabrication of vehicle, facilitating of cooking process / kitchen requirements in mobile vehicle solution
Result / Outcome – Van & trailer units deliver full cooking process, inc refrigeration / freezer storage. Working unit delivered on time, no support required from local restaurant, client happy, testing at events underway
